What are team members?
Depending on your plan, you might have seats available for co-admins. These seats can be assigned to anyone you'd like to collaborate with on your platform. These can be permanent members of your team or people you hire to help with specific tasks around your platform or website.
Note: team members you invite are automatically assigned the admin role. There's no other role or permission management feature at this time.
How to invite team members
Inviting a team member to join your Forento platform is fast and simple.
Go to Settings -> Team Members
Click the Invite team member button
Enter their email address, and send the invite
The person you invited will receive an email, with a link where they can sign up and create their own Forento account. Once they've registered their account, they'll be brought to your dashboard where they'll be able to manage your platform in the same way you are, on app.forento.io
Removing an invite or team member
If you've entered the wrong email address when inviting a team member, you can simply retract the invite. This won't unsend the invite email, but the link attached to the message will be invalid.
If you want to remove someone who has already signed up as a team member on your platform, you can do so by clicking the trash icon next to the member's name, on the Team Members page.
