Head over to your Dashboard and click on the Pop-Ups App. You can create unlimited popups by clicking the Create Pop-Up button and filling in the given Title and Alias fields.

The blank popup will appear on a new window. You can customize your popup by dragging and dropping elements. Use the black circles located on the sides of the popup to adjust its sizing.

Navigate to the Dashboard Pop-Ups App to Customize, Duplicate, Edit, or Delete your popups by clicking the appropriate icon located on the right.

Click the Open Pop-Up button to start editing your popup appearance.

To change the Pop-up Settings, click on the gear icon in the screen's top-right corner. From there, you can adjust Pop-Up Styles, Layer Styles, and Pop-Up Shadows and set a Device Visibility.

  • Pop-Up Style: Adjust the popup's position, and animation styles, add a background image, and change the popup colors.

  • Layer Style: Add a backdrop to your popup and change its image, color, and blur level.

  • Pop-Up Shadow: Create a shadow for your popup using the Enable Shadow option. Change the color and adjust the position, spread, and blurring accordingly.

  • Device Visibility: This enables your pop-up to appear on all devices, Desktop Only or Mobile Only. Click on the Device Visibility tab to choose the desired option from the drop-down menu for visibility control.

Assign a Popup to an Element

Assign a popup to these specific elements:

  • Button Element

  • Title and Paragraph Elements

  • Image Elements (including Gallery and Slider)

  • Icon

Once you add these elements to your crafting area, click on the element → Edit Link → Pop-Up. You can then choose which popup you want to assign to your element.

You can also edit your chosen popup by clicking the Open Pop-Up option.

And that's a wrap! After saving your popup, click on Preview, located in the Left Panel, and select the element you assigned your popup to!

Triggering rules

With the Triggering Rules, you can display your popups right on your website. Start a lead generation campaign by adding a form or subscription element on your popup, announcing updates, or adding a friendly greeting message for your visitors.

* Please note that the time on the current page should be set in seconds.

To make your popup visible on your pages, you should:

  1. Select Page Rules,

  2. Enter the triggered URL,

  3. Set the appearance time in seconds.

Page Rules

A page rule specifies settings and values to apply to a specific URL pattern that references your domain. Page rules help you manage security, performance, and reliability based on each URL on your site.

For example, if you want to create a pop-up that will appear on the Home page, you should enter home as the alias of the rule.

Let's consider the rules you can set for your pages one by one:

  • Is: The Pop-Up you assigned will only be displayed on the page with the corresponding alias.

  • Is not: The Pop-Up will be displayed on all the pages except the one mentioned.

  • Starts with: The window will pop up only on the pages whose URL starts with the selected alias, e.g. mysite.com/store/products/sale

  • Ends with: The window will pop up only on the page end with the alias you added, e.g. mysite.com/store/products/sale

  • Contains: The message will be visible on all the pages containing the alias you added, e.g. mysite.com/store/products/sale

  • Does not contain: It will be hidden from the pages containing the alias.

Once you've set the rules, you will need to enter the page's alias. Open the Pages App on the Dashboard > navigate to the needed page and click Edit to see the Alias field.

Note: The Alias can contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes.

You can control how many times a pop-up appears for visitors to your website. If you set the number to 2, the pop-up will only appear twice each time a visitor comes to the page where the pop-up is located. If you select the number to 0, the pop-up will appear every time a visitor comes to the page.

We're almost done. All you have left is to set the time when your PopUp will appear on your page once you've opened it. Note that you use natural numbers only, {1, 2, 3}․

That's it! You can enable or disable the triggering settings whenever you want.
